Fit a new sealing washer/O-ring, lightly lubricate with coolant, and tighten to the Suzuki torque spec from the manual—avoid overdoing it. Refill/bleed coolant, clear any fault codes, and confirm fan operation and stable temps on a road test. For IAT or MAF-mounted sensors, follow the airbox removal procedure and avoid overtightening into plastic housings.
