What is Repco Rewards?

Repco Rewards loyalty program allows its members to earn points and redeem those points for rewards. Plus enjoy exclusive offers and promotions.

To update your personal details on your membership simply visit the Personal Details page from the My Account Dashboard page when you log into your account.

You can cancel your Repco Rewards membership at any time by contacting us by email at [email protected].

No. But everyone can create their own account.

If you don't want to hear about any products, offers or bonuses we have, you can simply opt out from email by using the unsubscribe link in any of the emails you receive located at the bottom of the email.

No you don't require a card for the Repco Rewards program.

Simply identify yourself instore as a Repco Rewards member by telling our Team member your mobile or email address when you visit and when you make a purchase you will earn points on all eligible sales*. Or simply log in using the email address you registered with.

How do I earn Repco Rewards points?

You will earn a a minimum of 1 Point for every dollar* you spend instore or online at Repco.

Don't forget to identify yourself as a Repco Rewards member when you shop instore and online. You don't need a card simply let our team instore know your mobile phone number or email address and we can look you up. Or simply log in when shopping online.

Log in using the same registered email address on your Repco Rewards membership and you will earn points on all eligible sales*. The points earnt from the sale will be recorded against your Repco Rewards membership.

The minimum spend amount is $1, as you will earn a minimum of 1 point on every dollar* you spend.

Simply visit your Loyalty Dashboard from the 'My Account Dashboard' page. Here you can find your Repco Rewards Points Balance plus Tier Status. You can ask our team members at your local Repco store to look up your points balance also. At times we will also send you emails with your points balance included.

Your points should be viewable within your Loyalty Dashboard page online and instore within 7 days of your purchase. If your points aren't showing, check with your local store or email us at [email protected].

Yes you can see your Points History on your Loyalty Dashboard when you log in by date, number of points and transaction.

If you have already signed up to Repco Rewards, simply log in and your points will be automatically added to your account once you complete your purchase. You will also see the number of points you will earn on the My Cart page for your order.

Points will expire 90 days from your last purchase date if no purchase is made.

What are the Membership Tiers?

Repco Rewards has four membership tiers - Red, Silver, Gold and Platinum. You will be allocated to a tier for every eligible purchase at Repco instore or online (after all discounts or returns have been applied) in the membership year. All members of the program commence their membership with zero points.

The tier allocated is based on the total spend instore or online during the membership year. You will automatically progress to a higher tier in the Repco Rewards program when your Repco Rewards spend qualifies you to progress to the higher tier. The higher the tier, the better rewards you will be able to enjoy.

A membership year is calculated from (1.) 12 months from the registration date of joining the Repco Rewards program or (2.) the last date your membership tier changed, whichever is the latest.

You will be allocated to a tier for every eligible purchase at Repco instore or online (after all discounts or returns have been applied) in the membership year. Membership year spend is the sum of eligible purchases, instore and online, at Repco during a 12-month period from either (1.) the membership registration date or (2.) the date the member changed tiers.

The more you spend the higher the membership tier. You must meet the minimum annual spend for that tier within a 12 month period. This 12 month period is calculated from (1.) your membership registration date or (2.) the date of your last tier change.

  • Red - Spend between NZD $0 and NZD $299.99
  • Silver - Spend between NZD $300 and NZD $599.99
  • Gold - Spend between NZD $600 and NZD $1199.99
  • Platinum - Spend over NZD $1200

*Spend includes GST. Spend Excludes: Instore Credit Used, Farmlands co-operative, delivery costs, gift cards or other fees that do not make up the price of the product and trade purchases.

Yes. Members are automatically upgraded to Silver, Gold or Platinum Tier membership once they have reached the qualifying tier spend within 12 months of their join date or the last date your allocated tier changed (dependant on which is the later).

Once a Member moves up a Tier, your 12 month membership calculation resets and your have 12 months to retain your tier status. Your Repco Rewards Spend will be reviewed annually from the date your membership started (or the last date your allocated tier changed) and, depending on your Repco Rewards spend, you will either retain your membership status or be moved down to a lower tier.

No. If you don't maintain your membership tier spend within the 12-month period, your tier will be downgraded however your points balance will remain the same. If you do not make a purchase for a continuous 90 days period, your Repco Rewards points will automatically expire.

How do I use my Repco Rewards points?

You can redeem your Repco Rewards points on rewards items here. Once you have earnt enough points to unlock a reward. Simply click redeem and follow the prompts. We'll contact you by email and confirm your order and when your order is ready to be picked up or fulfilled.

Visit any Repco store and redeem points at the checkout instore using the email address registered to your Repco Rewards membership for instore credit which can be used for payment on purchases of products. You will need to ensure you have the correct balance at the time of redemption

Instore Credit is separate to points. Instore Credit is a dollar amount that may be redeemed, at all Repco stores, using Repco Rewards points available.

To redeem points for instore credit, simply provide the email address registered for your Repco Rewards membership at the time of purchase instore.

You can review your points balance and credit available to redeem instore at any time by simply asking a Repco team member instore.

You must have verified your email address to be able to redeem any Repco Rewards points - verifying your email address will activate your account to redeem.

If you choose not to verify your email address, your account will be unable to redeem any rewards.

You can start redeeming Repco Rewards points immediately once you have earnt enough points to qualify to redeem an item or instore credit.

Instore you can redeem points for Instore Credit.

To redeem Repco Rewards points log in and visit the Rewards page.

You can return a reward product that has been redeemed online using your Repco Rewards membership if the product is faulty. However, rewards products purchased using your Repco Rewards membership cannot be returned or exchanged where the product reward is not faulty, or you have changed your mind. To avoid any disappointment we recommend calling your local store or our customer support team first before returning the item on 0800 003 030. Returns for points or cash are unavailable for Repco Rewards reward items. Please select carefully before you redeem your points.

If a product is being returned after a purchase which was paid for with a combination of cash and instore credit, then you will receive the refund in the same combination and proportion. For example, if you bought a Battery Charger using NZD$90 cash and $10 instore credit, the refund would be issued as NZD$90 cash and a $10 credit back converted to 300 points back into your account.

The Repco Returns Policy will apply in relation to the return of products purchased using instore credit.

No, you can use as many or as little Repco Rewards points as you would like to redeem rewards. Use them now, or save them for that bigger reward.

If you don't have enough points to redeem a reward make sure you keep using your membership with future purchases to earn more points to become eligible to redeem rewards.

No, Repco Rewards points are not transferrable for cash or gift cards. E-Gift Cards may be redeemed as a reward where specified.

What Communications will I receive?

The main form of contact for Repco Rewards is email.

From time to time you may also receive an SMS or push notifications.

To ensure you don't miss out on promotions, offers and bonuses, ensure your email address is verified and correct. It is the members responsibility to ensure details are correct within the My Profile: My Email section on the Repco website. To update your details simply log in and from the My Account page view 'My Profile' or 'My email address'. For help updating your details contact us by email at [email protected] or call 0800 003 030.
