Where is “click and collect” available?
“Click and collect” is available at all of our Repco stores. “Click and collect” is not currently available through the “Repco Authorised Repair Network”, which is a collection of independent businesses separate to Repco.
back to topWhere is delivery available?*
Delivery is available to any valid address across Australia (where a product is ordered through www.repco.com.au and the nominated address is located in Australia) and New Zealand (where a product is ordered through www.repco.co.nz and the nominated address is located in New Zealand).
If you select the delivery option when you place an order, you will be charged a flat rate delivery fee. However, if the cost to deliver the product to you significantly exceeds the delivery fee (for instance because you are located in a remote area or have placed a special order for large or heavy products), we may contact you to discuss alternative arrangements. This may include cancelling or modifying your order.
*Delivery is currently only available at selected Repco stores.

You can place an order at any time on our website at www.repco.com.au or www.repco.co.nz by logging into your account, or by creating a guest account.

back to topWhen will my order be ready?
For products that are available at your selected store, your product will be available for collection within 30 minutes from when your order is placed, during our standard business hours.
If a product is not available at your selected store, it may take up to 3 to 5 business days for the product to become available. We will endeavour to notify you at the time of placing the order how long it will take to deliver a product to your selected store. You may also be able to obtain the product from another Repco store near you. If you select the delivery option when you place an order, it may take up to 10 business days for your order to be delivered to your nominated address. The delivery of your order may be delayed if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, personal or payment details require verification for fraud prevention purposes, a product is not stocked near to your nominated address or there are other factors outside of our control.
back to topIf I select the delivery option, how will my order be delivered?
If you select the delivery option when you place an order, you may provide us with authority to leave the product at your nominated address.
If you do not provide us with authority to leave the product at your nominated address and no one is available to accept delivery, or we are unable to find a safe place to leave the product, we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method. This may include re-delivery or collection from your local post office, Repco store or courier depot.
You acknowledge and agree that any person at your nominated address who accepts delivery is authorised to do so. We (or our courier) may require the person accepting delivery to provide proof of identity and proof of age.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage to a product after delivery has been made or for loss or damage caused by late delivery.
back to topHow do I collect my order?
You will be able to collect your order during trading hours from your selected store.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation with a date we expect your order to be ready for collection. We will do our best to ensure your order is ready by this date, however we may experience unexpected delays from time to time. If this occurs, we will contact you using the contact details you provide to us.
It is helpful to have your order confirmation email available. If this information is not available when you collect your order, you will need to provide photo identification or details about your order (including your name and the products) to our store staff and they will locate your order for you.
For orders over $100 a driver's license will be required for the collection of your order.
back to topHow long do I have to collect my order?
Once your “click and collect” order is ready for collection from your selected store, we will send you a notification by email and SMS (if you have “opted in” to receive SMS notifications) and you will have 30 days to collect your order.
If your order is not collected within 14 days, our store staff will try and contact you using the details you provided when you placed the order.
If your order is not collected within 30 days, we will credit the amount of the order back to the credit / debit card or PayPal account you used when you placed the order.
back to topWhat happens if my order has been processed but there is no available stock?
We will do our best to ensure that you are notified whether a product is available in your selected store at the time you place an order. However, if for any reason your product is not available or your order exceeds the maximum allowable quantity, we will contact you using the details you entered when you placed the order and offer an alternative to you.
If you select the delivery option when you place an order, we may make multiple deliveries to fulfil your order.

Our prices may vary depending on the store you have selected. If you have updated the store location after selecting “checkout”, the pricing may automatically update to reflect the new store location.

You can pay for your order by credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard), Zip Pay, PayPal or Apple Pay.
We do not charge any additional fees for using any of our payment facilities.
back to topHow can I cancel my order
You can cancel your “click and collect” order at any time by contacting your selected store. If you select the delivery option when you place an order, you can cancel your order at any time before your product has been dispatched. When you cancel your order, we will credit the amount of the order back to the card or PayPal account you used when you placed the order.

Unfortunately, Repco gift cards cannot currently be used to make online purchases.

- Repco suggest that you carefully review any Special Order(s) products before adding them to your cart to ensure that all product details are correct; this includes (but not limited to) vehicle make/model, size, colour, price, quantity and any other special requirements.
- Repco deem all Special Order material &/or products to be non-returnable and non-refundable. Repco will not refund for a change of mind or incorrect choice.
- Online orders placed on the Repco website will be deemed as accepted as soon as payment is received and processed. You will receive an order confirmation notification once this has occurred.
- The estimated delivery date is provided to you as a guide only. Unfortunately, circumstances may change beyond Repco’s control which may lead to a delay in your order being delivered on time. Repco will not accept liability for any delay in procuring the ordered goods that is beyond reasonable control (ie. unavailable stock).
- Repco reserve the right to cancel any order where: 1. You are purchasing Goods for the purposes of resale or resupply; 2. Repco is made aware after order confirmation that the good(s) are no longer in stock or cannot be supplied; or 3. a pricing or product description error has occurred. Repco will refund the amount paid in respect of any cancelled order.
- Repco will not be liable for any installation services provided by a third party.
Repco’s collection procedures remain unchanged for Special Orders. Special Order materials &/or products are required to be collected within 30 days after informing you that they are available for collection. Unless you make alternate arrangements with us for late collection, Repco will assume that your order has been cancelled. You will forfeit any payment you have made. We will need to verify your identity upon collection as per standard procedures.
