Where is click & collect available?
Click & Collect is available at all Repco stores - subject to stock availability.
Are there any extra fees or charges to use the ‘click & collect’ service?
Click & Collect orders are free of charge, we do not charge additional fees for this service such as freight.
What are my payment options?
Online purchases are made easily and secure using your credit card (Visa, Amex, Diners and MasterCard), or PayPal. Unfortunately, at present, we cannot accept Repco gift cards or store credit for online purchases.
How do I know that my order is available for pick up?
You will receive a notification by SMS and/or email to confirm your order is ready to be collected.
What are the store opening hours?
Store hours vary. Store opening hours are displayed on the selected store
What do I need to bring into the store to pick up my order?
Simply provide a copy of the order confirmation (either the SMS or email version).
Can someone else collect my order?
Yes. If you nominate another person to collect your order, the nominated person must provide a copy of the order confirmation (either the SMS or email version) and produce photo ID.
How long do I have to collect my order?
Your order must be collected within 30 days. We will send you a reminder to collect your order after 14 days.
How can I cancel or return my order?
To cancel/credit your order, please call your selected store
