If your order is in stock at your nominated store we’ll have it ready for you to collect in 30 minutes (during business hours).

Step 1: Select Your Repco store

Select the store you want to collect your order from by using your current location or choosing a postcode.

Step 2: Shop Online, Find Your products and Checkout

Choose from thousands of products stocked in your selected local store, once you have found the product you are looking for they simply click ‘Add to Cart’.
To ensure you order the right part for your vehicle, simply enter your vehicle details and the parts and products that are suitable for your vehicle will be displayed.
Once you’ve finished shopping, proceed to the checkout and complete your purchase.
If appropriate enter your Repco VIP card number, Auto Club membership number or discount coupon.
Enter your payment details and complete your order.
An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.

Step 3: Collect your Order

When your order is ready for collection, you will receive a SMS and/or E-mail. Then simply visit your chosen Repco store during opening hours with a copy of your order confirmation (on your phone is fine) to collect your items.



Where is click & collect available?
Click & Collect is available at all Repco stores - subject to stock availability.


Are there any extra fees or charges to use the ‘click & collect’ service?
Click & Collect orders are free of charge, we do not charge additional fees for this service such as freight.


What are my payment options?
Online purchases are made easily and secure using your credit card (Visa, Amex, Diners and MasterCard), or PayPal. Unfortunately, at present, we cannot accept Repco gift cards or store credit for online purchases.


How do I know that my order is available for pick up?
You will receive a notification by SMS and/or email to confirm your order is ready to be collected.


What are the store opening hours?
Store hours vary. Store opening hours are displayed on the selected store


What do I need to bring into the store to pick up my order?
Simply provide a copy of the order confirmation (either the SMS or email version).


Can someone else collect my order?
Yes. If you nominate another person to collect your order, the nominated person must provide a copy of the order confirmation (either the SMS or email version) and produce photo ID.


How long do I have to collect my order?
Your order must be collected within 30 days. We will send you a reminder to collect your order after 14 days.


How can I cancel or return my order?
To cancel/credit your order, please call your selected store
Returning an order can be done at any Repco store in line with our Returns Policy
