Pratley - Industry Leading Adhesives

Pratley makes and distributes a range of products, not just adhesives, for the DIY and industrial markets. Besides adhesives, sealants, putties, silicones and threadlockers are part of their product range. They make them in handy packs for small jobs or large sizes for the industrial sector.

Pratley is a South African business that has been in existence since 1948. Now in its 3rd generation of family ownership, it continues to go from strength to strength. Pratley invented the worlds first epoxy putty and has been the only South African company to have its product on the moon.

Steel Putty - Exceptionally high strength, mouldable, steel coloured putty. Bonds rigid materials like metal, ceramic or stone. It can withstand most chemicals, mild acids, oil and petrol. It needs to be applied within 15 minutes of mixing, hardens in 45 minutes and fully cures in 48 hours.

Screwlock - Grade 0-6. Locks screws 0 to 6mm in diameter. Stops loosening through vibration. Seals threads and minimises corrosion. Can disassemble using standard hand tools.

Powda Bond - Powder filler and repair kit for plastic items. You can use it as a liquid adhesive glue or as an adhesive gap filler using the white or black powder with the adhesive. Hardens in 30 seconds ready for use in 20 minutes. It can be sanded and painted when hardened.
