Nikko Electric Industry produces OEM quality starter motors, alternators, AC, DC and magnet motors, switches and regulators. They look at customer requirements like energy conservation, cost saving and clean energy as important points to improve on their products. Nikko also pursues technological advances and high product quality with easier servicing as some of their goals to achieve customer satisfaction.
Being Japanese and founded in 1933 they have a wealth of experience and proven products through evolution and innovation. Their products are found in automobiles, trucks, buses, earth moving and agricultural equipment, railway cars and industrial machines. Some of their customers are Komatsu, Isuzu, Mitsubishi, Cummins Japan, Hitachi Astemo and Sumitomo NACCO.

Starter Motors & Alternators
Nikko make 3 main types of starter motor: conventional, gear-reduction and nose-less. The are cold proof, heat resistant and oil proof. Some are marinised for boats. Just about everything that has a combustion engine may have a Nikko starter motor.
Their alternators come with brushes or without. (brushless) They have also been cold proofed, are heat resistant and oil proof. The are also dust resistant and some have been marinized for boats. Nikko alternators are a popular choice.
