Mechpro Low Profile Car Ramp Set

Whether you've got the perfect slammed Euro, sport a Rocket Bunny lip on your JDM classic, or just got a little bit enthusiastic with the Makita lowering your Commodore, sooner or later you are going to need to jack your car up to work on it. With minimal ground clearance you can't risk smashing your trolley jack into sill panels or fibreglass lips so you need the convenience and ease of a pair of low profile car ramps.

Simply drive your vehicle onto the ramps to provide that extra 63mm of ride height to enable clear access to the jacking points for your trolley jack. There is simply no easier option and the Mechpro Low Profile Car Ramps are the solution to your woes!

These ramps are designed to not slide forward when driven onto, have a lip on the edge so you don't drive off the ramp and are very lightweight.

Steps for correct car ramp use -

  1. Always use car ramps on a hard level surface, such as concrete. Car ramps should always be used in pairs.
  2. Confirm that the load / car to be applied does not exceed the working load limit of the vehicle ramps.
  3. Conduct a pre-operational check of the car ramps to ensure no damage or broken components.
  4. Check that no part of the underbody of the vehicle will foul as the car ramps are positioned.
  5. Turn the wheels to a straight ahead position and place the car ramps against the tyres in such a way that each ramp is in line with the respective wheel.
  6. Slowly drive the vehicle onto the ramp platform with guidance from a person outside the vehicle.
  7. Once safely positioned on the car ramp apply the park brake of the vehicle.
  8. Place a wheel chock under at least one of the wheels which is on the ground so that the vehicle cannot accidently roll off the ramps.
  9. Car ramps should never be modified or accessories added.
