2020 Subaru Legacy clutch kit – is it relevant?

After checking technical sources, a conventional clutch kit is not relevant to the 2020 Subaru Legacy. Subaru’s own 2020 Legacy press materials and owner’s manual specify a Lineartronic CVT automatic across all trims, with no manual gearbox offered. Independent technical reviews from major publications echo this, and Subaru service literature identifies the Lineartronic CVT variants (commonly TR580 for the 2.5L and TR690 for the 2.4T XT) in use. For Australia and New Zealand, the equivalent model line (Liberty/Legacy) of this generation is also automatic-only.
