2018 Subaru Outback tail-lights
Tail-lights are absolutely fitted and relevant on the 2018 Subaru Outback. Beyond manufacturer documentation, Australian and New Zealand-delivered vehicles must comply with lighting rules based on ADR 13/00 (which adopts UN Regulation No. 48 for the installation of lighting) and UN Regulation No. 7 for rear position lamps. These standards require illuminated rear position lamps whenever the headlights or park lamps are on, so a 2018 Outback without tail-lights would not meet legal or safety requirements.
