2009 Honda Elysion Headlights
Headlights absolutely are fitted to the 2009 Honda Elysion. Referencing technical sources such as the Honda Elysion Owner’s Manual (2008–2010 JDM editions) and the Honda Electronic Parts Catalogue, all variants use dedicated low- and high-beam headlamps, with some grades running halogen reflectors and higher trims featuring HID/Xenon projectors with auto-levelling. That makes headlights both relevant and essential on this model.
On the road, the headlights do the heavy lifting: providing a crisp low-beam cut-off for night driving without dazzling oncoming traffic, and a punchy high-beam for open-road visibility. They’re also key for compliance with Australian Design Rules and NZTA WoF standards, where correct operation and aim are checked at roadworthy/WoF time.
Servicing the Elysion’s headlights is straightforward and worth doing annually. Owners will find access to bulbs via rear service caps on the headlamp housings under the bonnet
