Short answer: a conventional front heater tap isn’t used on the 2008 Toyota Land Cruiser 200 Series. Toyota’s own service information for the J200 HVAC system describes temperature control via an air mix (blend) door driven by servo motors, with hot coolant flowing through the front heater core all the time. The front heater circuit doesn’t rely on a firewall-mounted “heater tap” like older models. In the Toyota EPC/parts catalogue for J200, there’s no front heater control valve listed
