On the Escape, the headlights do the heavy lifting for visibility at night and in poor weather, while also making the vehicle visible to others. - Install the new bulb without touching the glass (use gloves), secure the clip, refit the cover, and reconnect.
- Test both beams. If needed, fine‑tune aim using the adjuster screws so the cutoff sits just below the headlamp centre height on a wall about 7.5 m away.
