Remsa Ultra Quiet Synthetic Anti-Squeal Brake Caliper Grease 80g - LCA00LB03

Remsa Ultra Quiet Synthetic Anti-squeal grease is an environmentally friendly, non-melting, pure synthetic grease formulated to lubricate and silence brake calipers under the most adverse brake conditions providing lasting protection against friction, wear and corrosion.

Brake squeal can often be eliminated or reduced by applying high-temperature brake grease to specific areas of the brake system. This grease acts as a dampener, preventing the vibrations that cause the squealing noise. It's crucial to apply the grease to the correct areas and avoid the friction surfaces of the brake pads.

Formulated for use during every brake pad and brake shoe replacement to assure that critical caliper pins, sleeves and brushings remain lubricated throughout brake pad life. This product, with its water and corrosion resistant capabilities, is excellent on rolling and sliding surfaces operating in wet and dry conditions.

Specially formulated to assist in the reduction of brake noise especially squeal, vibrations and harshness (NVH).

Suitable for all caliper hardware, slide pins, backing plates, bushings and contact area between the brake pad and caliper to prevent squeals and ensure smooth caliper slide action and promote even pad wear. Including for all metal-to-metal contact areas on brake pads or brake shoes. DOES NOT contain metal particles [i.e. Copper anti-sieze] so ideal for vehicles with ABS systems.

With excellent water, heat and corrosion resistant capabilities, Remsa Ultra Quiet synthetic lubricant excells in wet and dry conditions from -42°c to 218°c.

Tips for use:

• Always follow the vehicle manufacturers instructions
• Clean the contact points between the caliper and the pad before applying
• Apply the product to all moving caliper hardware, mating surface and steel backing plates including all contact points between the caliper and the pad. Any excessive grease squeezed out from between mating surface must me removed.
• Remove caliper pins, clean and apply sparingly to slide pin before re-assembly
• Ensure product does not come in contact with brake disc or pad braking surfaces & friction material. Clean with rag & brake clean if contact occurs
