BlackVue DR970X Box 4K Front and Infrared Rear Dash Cam
Protect your vehicle, passengers and recorded evidence with the BlackVue DR970X Box dual-camera dash cam system. Its separate recording box can be concealed out of sight, helping keep the memory card and recorded footage more secure if the visible cameras are damaged or removed. It is a smart choice for rideshare drivers, fleet vehicles and anyone who needs dependable front and cabin coverage.
- Detailed front and interior recording: The compact front camera records in 4K Ultra HD with a Sony STARVIS 2 sensor and wide 146° field of view, helping capture important road detail. The Full HD infrared interior camera automatically uses invisible IR lighting to record the cabin clearly in low light or complete darkness.
- Keep important files protected: The processing hardware and microSD card are housed in the separate Box module, which can be installed discreetly under a seat or in the glove box. This design helps protect footage from tampering and also moves the main processor away from windshield heat.
- Built for incidents and parking protection: High-bitrate recording and efficient compression help retain useful video detail. Use the included wireless event button to manually mark key moments, or hardwire the system to enable Parking Mode. A compatible BlackVue parking battery can support extended coverage while your vehicle is unattended.
- Flexible installation and app access: Connect through your vehicle’s cigarette-lighter socket for a straightforward installation, or hardwire to the fuse panel for a more permanent setup. Dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS support pairing with the BlackVue App, while BlackVue Cloud capability is available through a compatible mobile hotspot or optional LTE add-on.
With discreet camera hardware, secure recording storage and infrared cabin vision, this BlackVue system gives you practical protection when driving, carrying passengers or managing a work vehicle.
