By entering this promotion you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The promoter is Repco NZ Limited (a division of GPC Asia Pacific Pty Ltd) of 510 Mt Wellington Highway, Mt Wellington, Auckland 1060 (“the Promoter”).
Entry is open to New Zealand residents only, aged 18 years and over.
To validly enter this promotion, you must, during the Promotion Period, be a Repco Platinum Club member, purchase a Repco branded battery at a participating Repco New Zealand store, obtain and retain a valid Repco invoice/receipt; and you’re automatically in the draw to win.
The Promotional Period is from 31st May 2018 12.01am NZT to 31st July 2018 11.59pm NZT.
Employees of Repco NZ Limited and other divisions of GPC Asia Pacific Pty Ltd, and their immediate families, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
Each Repco invoice/receipt number can only be used once to enter the promotion.
You must retain and be able to present the Repco invoice/receipt obtained in store in order to claim the prize if you are the winner.
Receipt is no longer valid if purchased battery is returned for a credit or refund.
PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Winners of the prize draw will each receive a $500 Repco Gift Card. There will be ten (10) winners in total.
The draw for the winners will be done by the promoter using randomiser software and the decision will be final.
The prize draw will be completed in the week commencing 13 August 2018 by the promoter at 510 Mt Wellington Highway, Mt Wellington, Auckland 1060.
Prize winners will be notified by email provided, and must make contact with the promoter by return email within 48 hours of the draw, and present the valid Repco invoice/receipt used as entry to claim their prize. Winner’s details will also be announced on the Repco website www.repco.co.nz.
In the event of a prize winner not claiming their prize within the required time limit, the prize will be forfeited. The promoter reserves the right to re-draw and announce a new prize winner until a winner is successfully contacted.
No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is non-refundable.
By being a Repco Platinum Club member and providing your email address to enter the promotion, you agree to receive relevant email communications from Repco NZ including news, events, promotional offers and competitions.
By entering the promotion, the winner agrees the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotional purposes on the Repco NZ Limited Corporate and/or Repco websites without compensation.
Repco NZ Limited and any third party operator assisting with the promotion do not accept responsibility for any kind of tax liability that may arise as a result of the winner receiving the prize.
Repco NZ Limited and any third party operator assisting with the promotion shall not be liable for any loss, damage, liability incurred or for personal injury or death (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion or claiming/ winning/ using any prize, except as required by law.
All decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
To the extent permitted by law, the promoter excludes any liability it may have arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this competition. No responsibility is taken for lost, misdirected or incomplete entries.
Repco NZ Limited reserves the right to alter the prize details or terms and conditions as they see fit at any time by giving notice in writing in-store and on the website. Prize value is correct at the time of printing and The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a different prize item of equal or greater value. The promoter may cancel this promotion at any stage including after entries have been received.
