Repco is playing our part as we all work with current COVID restrictions – we will ensure all requirements are respected for the safety of our customers and our team, as well as working hard to ensure the essential products and services we supply are not disrupted.
Level 4: Repco branches will be open for your Essentials with contactless Home Delivery and Click to Supply. Our Branches are NOT OPEN to customers but we’ll get you what you need to keep rolling. Call our branches during business hours or order online.
Level 2: Repco branches will be fully open to customers during business hours – please see our website for opening hours of your local branch. Shop Online or In Store. Please wear a face mask and scan the QR code if visiting the branch to shop or for click and collect. Physical distancing restrictions will be in place for your safety.
Online Order Delays Possible: Please be aware that there is likely to be disruption to shipping and supply times as Level 2 areas get back to a more usual way of shopping. We are asking all customers for online orders to wait until you are contacted – standard 30minute Click and Collect and Home Delivery times may not be possible, we’ll do our best to get your order to you as fast as we can.
Essential Businesses and Repco.
Repco and our sister companies have over 100 branches all over New Zealand. As well as the biggest network of automotive parts and accessories retail stores, we are the largest suppliers of parts and products, supporting automotive workshops, commercial operators and heavy industries for vehicles and machinery across the country.
We all need to keep vehicles working during this disruption. We may be using our vehicles less often, but the journeys we do make really count. They get nurses to hospitals, staff to supermarkets and ensure you can do your weekly shop for essentials. Our parts help keep emergency services, farmers, lorries, couriers and taxis rolling. At Repco that’s meant making difficult decisions about how to maintain our supply of parts in a way that is right – for our people, for our customers and for what we are all trying to achieve as we fight to beat Covid.
We are confident that we have set Repco up to continue to support your mobility whilst protecting the safety and the wellbeing of our people and the public.
How is Repco Working to be Safe?
In Level 4: Customers cannot enter our stores but can order their essentials online at Repco.co.nz for contactless home delivery. Where an item cannot be couriered e.g. batteries, we may be able to make arrangements for contactless collection on an individual basis so please call your local store in business hours.
In Level 2: We are able to serve customers in branch with 2m physical distancing and face masks. Please scan the QR code when visiting stores for shopping or collection of online orders. Online shopping is also available for Home Delivery or Click & Collect.
We appreciate your respect and patience with any restrictions in place, they are there for the protection of you and our people. Repco is committed to operate in this way while we support New Zealand through this time. We are doing all we can to be safe and be accessible to those who need us most at this time.
When will Repco return to normal business?
Repco supports our local communities as we all pull together to eradicate Covid-19. We are reviewing how we are operating every day – to keep New Zealand on the road in the most efficient way possible and in a way that honours what we are all working hard and sacrificing to achieve. Branches will return to normal operation when the Government restrictions are lifted.
I am really proud of the Repco team; their positive and supportive approach to our customers through this situation is yet another example to me of the Repco way. Caring about our local towns and helping everyone around us get through this. We will help any way we can. Rely on Repco to help keep you rolling, safely.
