Repco Card Terms and Conditions

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1 APPLICATION OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
1.1 These Terms & Conditions:
(a) Govern Repco's Platinum Card program; and
(b) Apply in addition to Repco's Trading Terms.
1.2 The Terms & Conditions apply to all components of the Program.

2 MEMBERSHIP OF REPCO PLATINUM CARD PROGRAM
2.1
(a) An applicant must satisfy the following requirements to be eligible for Membership:
(i) Spend a minimum of $100 per year.
(ii) Complete the Membership Application Form.
(b) Repco may in its absolute discretion accept or reject any application.
2.2
Unless otherwise advised, Repco will automatically renew the Membership every 2 years;
2.3
(a) Membership commences upon notification by Repco that the applicant has been accepted as a Member;
(b) Repco may terminate a Membership immediately:
(i) Upon breach of these Terms & Conditions
(ii) Upon cancellation of the Member's Repco Card;
(c) A Member may terminate Membership at any time by giving notice to Repco;
(d) Upon cessation of Membership:
(i) Repco will remove the card from the program
(ii) all benefits accumulated by that Member are cancelled.

3 CARD PROGRAM
3.1 Members will be offered a series of Program components from time to time as determined by Repco.
3.2 The membership card is not a credit card
3.3 The Membership card(s) remains the property of Repco.
3.4 The card can only be used by the name on the card
3.5 The card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive the member benefit
3.6 Repco may alter, vary or terminate the Program components offered to Members from time to time.

4 LIABILITY
4.1 Repco is not liable for any loss or damage suffered by a Member as a consequence of taking part in this Program;
4.2 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall be read or applied so as to purport to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying the application of any applicable legislation.

5 RIGHT TO CHANGE TERMS & CONDITIONS
5.1 Repco may vary these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
5.2 Repco will publish current Terms & Conditions on the Repco internet web site.

6 DISCOUNT EXCLUSIONS
6.1 Not available in conjunction with any other special, discount or promotional offer.
6.2 Benefits are not available on the purchase of gift cards.
6.3 Applies to store stock only
6.4 Platinum Card excludes oils & grease, additives & coolant/antifreeze, car care and cleaning, car accessories, tools, paint & aerosols, trailer and towing, in car technology (audio, navigation, radar detectors & security), child seats, non automotive batteries, drinks and snacks.

6.5 Discounts may vary across product categories.

7 MEMBERSHIP
7.1 A Member must purchase a minimum of $100 per year to receive member benefits of the Platinum card.
7.2 Repco may at any time suspend Membership or participation in a Program if Repco acting reasonably considers that a Member's volume of Purchases does not meet a minimum acceptable level.
7.3 Repco may change a Members benefit rate over the membership period at its discretion.

8 DEFINITIONS & INTERPRETATION
8.1 In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the following meanings unless the context requires otherwise:
"Member" means a member of Repco Platinum card program;
"Membership" means membership of the Repco Platinum card program.
"Minimum Purchase" means the minimum yearly dollar value of purchases that a Member must make from Repco in order to participate in the Program as determined by Repco from time to time;
"Program" means the range of benefits and services offered by Repco to a Member;
"Repco " means Repco Limited trading as Repco Auto Parts;
"Repco's Trading Terms" means the Repco Terms & Conditions of sale which apply from time to time;
"Terms & Conditions" means these Terms & Conditions,
8.2 In these Terms & Conditions, unless the contrary intention appears:
(a) the singular includes the plural and vice versa;
(b) a reference to a clause is a reference to a clause of these Terms & Conditions;
(c) all dollar amounts are expressed in New Zealand dollars;
(d) headings are included for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms & Conditions
