As a Trade Specialist, my role is to answer incoming trade phone enquiries and assist trade and retail customers at the front counter, quickly and knowledgeably. I use my mechanical and automotive parts expertise to recommend solutions to our trade and retail customers.
As a Sales Rep, my role is to build and develop strong relationships with our trade customers within a territory. Trade customers are a very important part of Repco's customer base so growing trade sales for my designated stores is essential. I enjoy this role because I get to be out on the road, meeting and assisting customers face to face.
